Kidshelpline is a free 24/7 phone and online counselling service targeted at young people aged 5-25 years old, and is delivered by professional counsellors/psychologists. They also have great resources online to give you advice on how to deal with different issues/topics such as bullying, respectful relationships, gender identity, discrimination and much more.

Lifeline is a 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention service, dedicated to intervening in order to save lives. They also have an online crisis support chat, and multiple resources on their website, even including real stories from people who have struggled with a crisis and reached out to lifeline to help them.

Beyondblue is one of the leading mental heath organisations within Australia. They offer a multitude of fantastic services including; an online chat service, online forums relating to mental health which you can join in on discussions as well as start your own conversation. They also provide a wide range of information for people from all walks of life, give advice on a range of topics/issues and share extra resources.

A leading national mental health foundation for young people aged 12-25 dedicated to improving wellbeing. They have multiple centres in Australia, which you can attend regularly. They offer a free phone and online chat service, and also have multiple resources on their website for those who are struggling.

Acting as a national voice for individuals with eating disorders and poor body image, as well as their families. The Buttefly Foundation advocates strongly for early intervention and prevention to lessen the severity and further development of these issues. The Butterfly Foundation operates a national helpline service that includes support via phone, online or email from trained counsellors.

Mensline is free 24/7 national telephone, online and referral service for men experiencing family and relationship concerns. Staffed by professional counsellors/psychologists who specialize in men's health. No problem is too small or big here, and can be utilised by men from all walks of life, experiencing any kind of issue/concern.

Australia's first nationally-oriented counselling and referral service for people of the LGBTIQ community. Providing early intervention, and peer support via telephone or online, for people of all ages. Online chat and call service runs every day from 3pm-12 midnight. QLife also has a very cool search engine function on their resource page, which directs you to services in your area by entering a keyword. Relationships Australia offer relationship support services for individuals, families and communities. They also provide relationship advice on their actual website relating to different issues that can be experienced in a relationship.
